For many people with anxiety, when a crisis arrives we do not necessarily calm it down. That's why I'm going to share 5 tips that calms down after reading tips, reviews etc. Those that work for me when I have a crisis (nevertheless, when I have a "big" Crisis, none of these methods does help me, I'm too anxious)

Personally, my anxiety is often felt at night just before sleep. I ask myself a lot of questions, when I close my eyes to sleep. There, all the questions about future events, or even exams go through my mind.

Not loving the unknown, not being sure of myself, this makes me ask many questions. It is at this time that the crisis of anxiety appears.

THE TIPS

1 . CONFIDENCE AND REASSURING

The first is to have self-confidence, and to reassure oneself. Often a crisis occurs, when we ask ourselves about our ability to do something. For example in axamens, we all have that stress, and that's when we have to think that we can do it. My trick is to tell me "ok, everyone has done it before me, I will give it all and it should do it". And it's the same, for an event, but sometimes it does not work on its own.

2. TALK ABOUT IT (SOMETIMES)

This advice may be, being bizarre for some people. But it can work sometimes. When I feel a crisis of anxiety comes, I try to tell my friends about it, tell them I'm not feeling good about certain things, and the idea of discussing it with someone else , That is help me a lot. You can talk to anyone, your mother, your girlfriends, your boyfriend / girlfriend; This will allow you not to feel alone when faced with this crisis of anxiety.

3. IT'S TEA TIME OVER COFFEE

I advise you to prevail tea, rather than coffee. When you feel that you are going to be anxious, or if you are, prepare a good cup of tea (a relaxing or calm tea) and relax yourself.

4. A GOOD "RELAXING" BATH

Nothing better to relax than a good bath, cool, hot. I love to relax with my glass of tea, in a warm bath, and I often light candles with essential oils to relax.

5. DIVERTISING YOURSELF

And last, often in my bath and with a cup of tea, I also like to entertain myself before sleeping. Read a book, watch a movie, a series, videos on youtube EVERYTHING. It allows me to relax, to forget all possible questions.

If you thought you were the only one to have these anxiety attacks, you're wrong you're not alone. Tell me if you have some tips too, I would love to try them too. For any suggestions, or even want to talk about it, follow me on my social media.

See you seen, lovelies xoxo
